The Ordinary Therapist
Hello

Life can throw a lot at us. Feeling confused, anxious, sad, or angry; facing relationship or family issues; or struggling with grief, loss, change, or the past are all normal, though challenging, parts of being human. Taking the step to seek therapy isn't about something being wrong with you — it's a courageous decision to prioritise your mental health and commit to understanding yourself better.
It can be a demanding process but when things feel tangled, overwhelming and confusing, talking them through with someone who listens with empathy and expertise —and who is entirely focused on you — can help you explore your distress, find a way forward and leave you better equipped to handle life’s ups and downs in the future.
My name is Kirsty Evans and I work with individuals, couples and pairs to explore and understand the challenges they’re facing, help them to navigate their difficulties and work towards greater self-awareness, resilience and meaningful change. I practice online and in three locations across Glasgow.
