About me
My approach
I am trained in Person-Centred therapy. This approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on yourself—your experiences, feelings, and needs. My role is to create a space where individuals, couples and pairs* can share their thoughts and feelings freely, without fear of judgment. I’ll listen carefully, respond honestly, and work alongside you to help you make sense of what’s going on inside. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at your own pace, helping you untangle your thoughts, recognise patterns, and take meaningful steps forward. * pairs can be parents and adult children, siblings, friends, work colleagues or any other relationship
