The Ordinary Therapist
There’s lots of evidence to suggest that the relationship you have with your therapist is the most important factor in the success of therapy. Of course, like any relationship, it can take time to develop, but it can be helpful to find out if you could be comfortable and open with a particular therapist before you commit to working with them.
If you'd like to get a sense of how I work, we can have a half-hour session free of charge online or over the ’phone before you make your decision, Here we'd have chat about what brings you to therapy and how you hope it can help. It will also give you a chance to ask any questions before making your decision.
Equally, if you'd prefer just to get started, we can find a convenient time for you to have your first session.
Please get in touch by 'phone, email or using this form. I will get back to you as soon as I can, and definitely within 24 hours.
